Marc Lockard- President

Marc is a 1972 graduate of Texas A&M University, with a degree in electrical engineering.  Marc is a registered professional engineer in Texas and Louisiana.  Marc’s career in telecommunications engineering, planning, leadership and entrepreneurship has encompassed many roles including technician, engineer and project manager for such companies as the Lower Colorado River Authority, Houston Lighting and Power (now Centerpoint Energy), the Arabian American Oil Company (Aramco) and Exxon.

Marc is a Fellow in the Radio Club of America and serves on numerous boards and industry organizations including the Industrial Advisory Committee for the Electronics and Telecommunication Program at Texas

A&M, the Teas A&M  University Look College of Engineering’s external advisory council, the Pearl Harbor Memorial Fund, and the Research Valley’s Innovation Center.  Marc is an adjunct faculty member in the Engineering Technology and Industrial Distribution Department at Texas A&M and leads courses in wireless network engineering, project management and was the founder of the Engineering Entrepreneurship, Ethics and Leadership Seminar series for the Engineering Technology and Industrial Engineering Department.

Marc and Sue Ann, his wife of 41 years, live in College Station, Texas and have three grown children and two grandchildren.  Marc enjoys scuba diving, golf, cooking BBQ, reading biographies,and relaxing on Bald Head Island.
