managing technical analytical projects for the Department of Defense. In the summer of 2009 Jim joined Lockard and White as the Director of Technical Services where he is responsible for L&W’s entire portfolio of technical projects.
When not working at L&W, Jim enjoys following local high school and college sports, especially the Fightin’ Texas Aggie football team. He also maintains his flight status as a US Navy reservist flying the EA-6B Prowler with the VAQ-209 Starwarriors out of Washington, DC where he is a department head in the squadron and has made several combat deployments overseas. Jim holds a certification in project management and enjoys reading about management, politics, and international affairs in his spare time.
Jim’s wife Brittanie is pursuing her Ph.D. at Texas A&M and they live in College Station, TX with their two bull terriers Duncan and Maxwell.

Jim is a 1998 Graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Management and a 2011 graduate of the US Naval War College with an M.A. in International Affairs. Jim began his professional career after graduation as a commissioned officer in the US Navy where he was an Electronic Countermeasures Officer flying the EA-6B Prowler aircraft from the deck of the USS Kitty Hawk and managing some of the finest employees in the world. After assignments ranging from Japan to Afghanistan to Washington, DC, Jim left active service in the summer of 2007.
